The place it's huge! They have a lot of products that are hard to find in Japan. The prices are very good and it's conveniently near the train station

Delicious ,being a vegetarian you can eat the curry at there they have drink bar let you can talk slow with your family ,after lunch don’t forget to have ice cream!!!

IKEA Shinmisato... a fantastic day out for the whole family. We always enjoy breakfast/brunch in the restaurant - great selection at very reasonable prices - love the smoked salmon and coffee refills. Walking around IKEA is always fun and we usually pick up a few items.

It's an IKEA. Many just come for the cafeteria, which serves just average food.Several parents treat it as an indoor playground.

We went there on Sunday evening, but it was very crowded. If you want a relatively quiet environment, then maybe another IKEA around Minami-Funabashi would work better.

Pretty standard like any other ikea around the world, with the usual showroom and related products. Great location if you also wanted to visit Muji and nitori nearby to compare. Just that some of the products that I wanted were not in stock so I couldn't order, but otherwise good service.

Many stuff to see and buy, especially if you hate tiny japanese household stuff. The good thing with Ikea, you also window shop.

Has all your household stuff needs and the restaurant has really good and affordable food

there was a meatball matsuri, and it was super cheap. kids running around and annoy people. but thats their job, so no complain there. the parents, however, needs to take care of them instead of just standing there like a tree.

Since reading about Ikea's business model, I've been waiting to get to check it closely 😆I really liked the products, some of the prices and how the store itself is organized. Besides that, it was really easy and intuitive to assemble the bookshelf I bought.

Ikea is always a nice place to visit and spend few hours. Viability around the store is however a little bit difficult and heavy trafficked.

Good place to buy furniture

It was my 1st time visit to IKEA in Japan. After we parked the car, we could find the entrance to the store easily. There was a large sign guiding to the entrance at the parking garage. Inside was typical IKEA store. I tried their veggie hot dog. The bun was dry and the veggie dog didnt really have any veggie flavor.

Cheap, sturdy, and world class products. The restaurant is a bit pricey but you’ll get a chance of trying out Sweddish dishes.

IKEA is shopping , shopping and shop till you drop So many ideas to explore in hone decor !a house can be easily made into a home - with ideas and options - though the quality is cheap- than many branded shops ! Furnitures need to be carried and assembled by oneself otherwise shipping and getting it assembled is pretty pricey. I love the little miniature options And ideas for home related and gifting . I love ikea

Consistent with other IKEA around the world, but food hall is impossibly busy during weekends!!

Had a great time seeing how different Ikea is from the US and how mostly it's the same with just few different things. The food is what makes the experience unique. Btw went in early 2017 but they still were selling Halloween items.

Lot's of good stuff

It's IKEA! Nothing new about that. You'll see furniture everywhere. We didn't see hand sanitizers by the doors or on the floor. The restaurant menu is still the same but they are affordable and that's a plus.They did away with plastics so you'll have a glass for the drinks and a small plate for condiments. The grocery was moved to provide eating space for the bistro.

Typical Ikea in most ways. But compared to ones in Tokyo and Kanagawa, it is less crowded. Recommend that you visit in the morning when there is less crowd and time to really check furniture and goods without feeling rushed.

Decent Ikea, crowds always very busy on the weekends. God forbid you have a return, the supervisor is horrendous and I wouldn't recommend. And sometimes though they can serve more people, they refuse to open the second line. Bit of a cheapskate and Ikea in the US would never do anything like that. So much for Omotenashi! If you can go to another Ikea, do so but if not then just try to avoid the customer service. Not all staff suck but the manager sure does.

Huge furniture and home goods warehouse not very conveniently located in Shinmisato.Organised like all Ikeas, it's a good idea to use their online shopping list to locate everything before going. It's also much better to go during the week, since weekends are very crowded.

Staff are very friendly and the store us ENORMOUS. I was able to get a lot of things for my apartment cheaply and on sale. About a ten-minute walk from the station, but delivery rates were very affordable.

Never been in Ekei shin Misato,but I read some feed back,and I already like it.

Big fan of Ikea and shopping at this location is overall positive. However, it can get a bit overcrowded because a lot of people just go there to eat so you want to keep that in mind. It's hard to make a quick in and out trip. It would make the shopping experience so much better if they had separate lines for their cafeteria and shopping.

During covid19, the waiting line was too long, so didn't go in.

The restaurant is superb and very cheap. The store itself is nice and bright. The prices are very good and the quality of the goods is excellent. The layout upstairs is good but the downstairs area is a little cramped. After a while this can disorientate you. Overall a really good place to go with a partner, family or alone.

Just as normal IKEA shop at Shinmisato. Good thing here is LaLaport shopping mall and costco is placed next to it

Something for everyone and love the cafe. IKEA is amazing and a fan.. what can i say.

Amazing meals. I love their meatballs, mashed potatoes, hot dogs, and ice cream. Their furnitures are fairly priced and their smaller items are usually very cheap compared, and they are always of great quality. Lots of very helpful staffs around to help you.

One of the biggest or maybe the only IKEA near Saitama and Chiba area. Just like other IKEA shops, it contains mostly everything you need...

The price was cheaper with compared to what was shown on delivery company website. The staffs were very friendly. Overall we all know what ikea is :), it is the same everywhere around the world!

the great selection of home stuff is as expected. what I was surprised by is the dining experience at the second floor restaurant /cafeteria was quite pleasant : good food plus lots of tables to eat at.

If you're familiar with shopping at IKEA, this will be a breeze. Staff are friendly and the delivery service is pretty reasonable. If you pay an additional ¥500 you can have them bring your furniture upstairs or wherever you need it.
